Dr. Mendieta has received numerous honors and awards including being named in the International Who’s Who and graduating Magna Cum Laud. Recognized for his knowledge and skills, Dr. Mendieta had the distinct privilege/opportunity to further train under world-renowned leaders in the plastic surgery field taking him to Brazil, Edinburgh, England, to complete a fellowship at The Royal College of Surgeons, and California to study under one of the world’s greatest facelift surgeons, and work with internationally-respected figures in Beverly Hills. After finishing fellowships in facelift surgery in Beverly Hills, California, and aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast as well as facial surgery to rejuvenate the eye area in Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Mendieta was one of a select few chosen to complete an aesthetic surgery fellowship at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts.
