Dr. Philip C. Kierney is Board Certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He received his education in Los Angeles, California; Rochester, Minnesota; Seattle, Washington; and Tampa, Florida. Dr. Kierney has undertaken extensive training in Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery and successfully completed two related surgery residencies.

Dr. Kierney specializes in comprehensive full body cosmetic and plastic surgery. He was invited to join the plastic surgery faculty at the University of South Florida where he initially established his patient practice and also taught plastic surgery to other resident surgeons. He returned to the Pacific Northwest in 1999 in order to set up his private practice and raise his family. Dr. Kierney is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is also a member of numerous local, state, and national associations and societies. He is married and has three young daughters. In addition to family activities, Dr. Kierney enjoys cooking, golf, and photography.
